What is Bowl Feeder?

Bowl feeder consists of a piezo-resonator and a bowl. The parts is fed into the bowl, which is placed on top of the piezo-resonator (aka. feeder/vibrator). When alternating electric current (AC) is applied to the piezo-resonator, it vibrates due to the strain that is generated back and forth by means of piezo-effect. The controlled vibration then moves the parts forward in the desired direction.

Does MIMLON SANKI only make bowl feeder?

No.

MIMLON SANKI does not only make Bowl Feeders but also Linear Feeder or Hopper Feeder. We also augment the Parts Feeder system with other equipments such as Conveyor, Sensor, Air System etc.

How long does it usually take to finish the project?

The delivery of ordered work usually takes 60 days after the customer agree with the quotation and submitted purchase order (PO) to MIMLON SANKI

Does MIMLON SANKI have factories in Malaysia and Thailand?

Yes.

We have two factories in Asia. It is possible to export to the whole area.
