How to Order - Step by Step

1. Please contact us by contact form or phone.
If you are unsure about your requirements, you may request our sales or technician teams to visit your site to discuss about them. For unusual parts, a couple of sample parts may be requested from you to consider the possibility of the requirements. In addition, after conieming your budget, our technical staff will start creating specifications.
2. Create a Quotation based on your specifications.
We will send a quotation to you along with the discussed specifications and rough drawings of the system. But this quotation is not final. If there are any changes, we can discuss and amend until we both agree with the details.
3. Please submit Purchase Order (PO).
You may submit your purchase order (PO) when you agree with the specifications. As soon as you submit the PO, we will start scheduling and building the feeding system per your request. At this stage, we will need an actual loading amount of sample parts to conduct test run to ensure that feeding problems are eliminated.
4. Receive the delivered system at your front door.
Your bowl is finished. We will proceed to ship the finished system as tested to you. We will adjust time you want and deliver it to the desugnated place. If you wish, you can pick us up at our factory.
5. Be assured of the reliability of your project
Our services do not end at delivery. If problem occurs, we ensure proper operation of the system by conducting troubleshoots as well as giving after sales advice and on-site services. You, as the customer, can be assured of the dependability of your system and the continuity of the feeding parts.
